Coaching is growth-focused, starting where you are today—right now—and looking forward. It supports you in meeting your stated goals and putting into place important learning and life changes. The coaching journey is a collaborative process; a partnership. Client and coach work together to find new insights and strengths with the coach supporting each person in accomplishing their goals.
Coaching approaches are individually tailored to each client’s unique life, health, and wellness goals. Together we design an action plan. Live sessions, by telephone, video, or in-person, are weekly. Sessions are scheduled according to our mutual availability
