I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Professional (LIMHP) with a focus in Expressive Therapy and a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT). I use a trauma-informed approach to wellness and employ trauma-informed, multimodal Expressive Arts Therapy in my individual, couples, and family therapy work. I am dedicated to supporting clients of all ages through compassionate, client-focused, results-oriented care while emphasizing each client’s personal strengths. I support client advocacy and client empowerment through respectful collaboration and value multiple approaches in healing, learning, and developing to one’s full potential.
